Classroom Returns Markets
The IEM Classroom Returns Markets are real-money futures markets where contract payoffs will be determined by the third-Friday to third-Friday returns of several U.S. listed stocks. There are currently two markets in this set:
- IntInd — a winner take all market based on returns of six publicly traded stocks
- Index — a winner take all market based on the returns of three stock indexes

The markets are classroom markets. They are open only to students enrolled in courses using the markets for educational purposes. Consult our online trader’s manual for additional information about market rules.
