If you have forgotten your password or ID,
complete and submit this form. Our Account Librarian will
attempt to locate your account based on the information you provide.
- If the information you submit uniquely identifies your account,
the Librarian will send your LoginName and Password
to the email address currently listed in your trader account.
- If the information you submit does not uniquely
identify your account, or if we do not have an email address
in your trader account, the Librarian will ask you to
submit additional information so that our IEM Office
personnel can contact you.
